Our US and Canada “Contact Us” map concept was copied by a competitor this month as part of their website overhaul. This was no doubt a result of our continuing web dominance. Interestingly, the Canada and Mexico regions of their map appear to be hand drawn, and their new main page features “swimming batteries”. There are many other issues we’d love to critique in this forum, but cannot since they obviously review our site for ideas. At any rate, we still feel our sites (and customer service) are far superior, and look forward to continuing offer the most comprehensive industrial battery sales and service web interface in the world.
A record setting response time was recorded by our Ontario Canada customer service department today (Friday). Total elapsed time from initial call to loading the battery on the truck from Montreal to Ontario: 15 minutes. It helped that the transport company had just arrived for another pick up and the battery was ready to go, but our new client needed a reconditioned 18-85-15 delivered by Monday and we delivered in record time.
